Dimensions of images?

Around 300x400 would be great.

The actual size of the iPod Touch/iPhone's screen is 320x480 so that's the size you'll want.

I wanted to have Hayley Williams for a background of my iPod Nano, but you can't set backgrounds on it. ;__________;
