The background isn't excellent...how did you make it?

The effects are cool but the text isn't, unfortunately. I guess you could work on text, blending, and the BG.

Good job though.

I made the background using a weird brush I found. But then it ended up making the entire thing black. :/ I had a moon brush for the moon then smudged it a bit and had some scanlines through the transparent parts. I think that I do need to work on my backgrounds a lot. Also with the text I couldnt find a good one that matched with the picture. So I just slapped some text on then smudged it. Dont worry though, skyray told me some places to download better fonts.

And yes I am open for requests. :)
