Hey if all you have is paint, try paint 3.10 .Net, its free, and its not that big but can work wonders.

starting out usually is, but im sure you'll get it. & for better quality pics, save them as .png . unless you tried to put your name in picture in your sig (with motion & all)? .. The program doesnt do animations as far as i know though...

Just make the text a little bit bigger & you would be good to go! Even for a simple distortion, the pic looks pretty cool. Good luck.
