I don't like the that Metanet Forums Balloon...

Mmmm. I did a different logo before I changed it to the bubble:

I hate the thingy on the side. Otherwise it's great. And I prefer your logo.

Just a question: Is that drop down type of menu even possible to code?

I'm not so sure the colors match very well. The rainbows are a bit... strange, to say the least. Other than that, it's basically the same layout as the last one. I'm not really sure how to articulate my thoughts any better, but I just don't like the look of it.

Way too bright and conflicting. It doesn't fit the Metanet theme.

With java script, yes it is, and is quite common...

To fruity for my tastes.

Make the background more pastel, the word bubble really bugs me. I don't like it too much as it is.

I think it looks pretty nice as it is, all though the speech bubble title is a little annoying.
