I don't. It started off as trying to 'decrease net downloads' or some shit, now I just don't need them to recognise people anymore. If it's really neccessary, i'll check a profile personally - i'm just that nice.

I'm willing to bet that 99/100 people have it on - I certainly do.

The only reason not to is, as you said, saving downloads, which I'm not overly worried about because they're just small images and stuff. Plus, I like seeing them.
