You can join in anytime, you'll just be lacking behind points wise.
Now then Week 2's topic is...CHRISTMAS
It's that time of year again, where people make shops so busy the staff faint and that people put on weight because they stuffed themselves and not the turkey. And when they said put brandy in the christmas pudding, don't use the excuse that they didn't specify how much when the christmas pudding has no brandy flavour and you're drunk.
Just make an image that is christmassy and it'll work this time round. Enjoy.

Is that alright if I submit something I had been working on only the past couple of days? Or from scratch?

Right then.
This weeks topic ties in nicely with the Legacy update and generally this forum. What I'd like you to create is an image mockup of a new forum skin. That's right. Taking a dabble in a little bit of Web Design won't harm any of you. All we need is a recreation of the front page of the forums, it doens't have to have everything, just the header, the links to the User CP etc, the content (forums) and the footer with the information on birthdays etc.
If you're stuck, see other skins posted around the forums for reference.

If you don't submit you can't get points.
So think of it that way. Plus you have no chance of keeping your lead if you don't enter. ;)
