The hand would look much better (in the first pic) without the watch.

Personally, I think the watch adds a dimension of realism to the pic.

the watch was really hard to do as well, and it has the amount of detail that the rest of the picture has - while the tree bark sample I used has a higher amount of detail.

Thanks for noticing that kind of thing though
