Okay, this was hard to choose, but I ended up voting for the fifth one.

The first and last ones were quite too simplistic, the first having a boring background.

The second was a serious contender for my vote, really really serious, but I decided it didn't have enough pancake, it tried to hide the pancake, while in my opinion, the thing was to give it focus.

The fourth was another contender. The effects of him going out of the pancake are great, but the background (or more enviro-effects) killed it.

The sixth was the other serious contender, but the colors seem like they're hidden, too softened (that's quite strange, not enough contrast!?), not vibrant enough to give it soul, in my opinion.

I chose the fifth because while being simplistic, the enormous fonts blend with the whole and diagonal positioning of the pancake fits nicely in the rectangular sig shape (like I said before, the thing was to give it focus - this one did that).

And this is the way I see sigs.
