3 hats, noob
I got some high level stuff too, even though Robin Walker already said the high levels will never mean anything (it was a glitch but it's fixed now).

Disorganized. A number of hats and medals. It's filled to max plenty of times. I leave extra space so I don't get bogged down having to delete things when it fills up.

Although I don't play as much as I used to, here's mine.

A few high-level ones. I delete everything that's lower level than the rest, to keep space.

My roommate went and decided he should delete all my duplicate items and organize them a few days ago... not sure why.

Woohoo! like most tf2 players, I now have the aura of incorruptability. Hooray.

Only hat is the Cheater's Lament. I've not played for around two months, though.

I had replaced a few of the items I had earned playing with items I had earned idling, and have lost those, but I'm not very worked up about it. I'd gladly sacrifice a few items for Valve to increase the chance of obtaining a hat. I wish they'd have given us some inkling of an idea as to how much they've increased that chance, however.
We're apparently a minority also, with only 4.5% of players using the idle server. That makes us far cooler than all of you halo-sporting assholes.

4.5% of all TF2 owners.
Active TF2 players, we make up a large amount. 10k idlers were starting to become the average. TF2 sees 100k average players on a
summer day.
Also, Valve said tomorrow they'd start working on giving items back to people who lost weapons in the idle-takeover thing. You can expect your stuff back soon, Yahoozy.

You idle? You should be ashamed of yourself.
Otherwise, I agree that there should be some way of influencing the likelihood so it isn't completely flat. I was collecting Spy achievements with the superstitious hope that it would increase my odds of getting Spy items more often, and the fact that I have lots of Spy items might influence my chance of getting a hat, instead. I don't appear to be correct on either count.

So apparently, the halo is selectively visible when you're cloaked as a spy. I was starting to wonder if everyone was hacking until someone pointed that fact out to me.
Not that I plan on regularly wearing the halo anyway.
But the more I play and see people with names like "Won't Heal Halos" and sprays with "Get your priorities straight: shoot halos first," and especially that alternate "FAG" model, I am increasingly coming of the opinion that the idlers who are outraged about this whole hat mess are functionally retarded.

I don't know where you're at, but Ctrl+Alt+Delete is horrible. :/
Better comic
But honestly, this whole thing is blown outta proportions. Valve should just remove all hats from the game permanently. :/
