This is a global announcement, because everyone needs to see it. It's auto-pinned in every sub-forum we have, including the Admin forum, the mod forum, the discussion forum, and The Bin. Beyond that, it's only up for a few days, so is it really that big of a deal?

Actually, what the fuck, Blizz? You already know how weird it is that you don't just use your regular account, but moreso, you mostly just use this account to create topics that are global announcements. If global announcements are just topics for everyone to see, can we all have the ability to make them?
