I'm really not sure, but I want to say Chris Taylor (TA & SC, not Fallout)

Due to the fact that he's the reason why video-games are still around today (it was Super Mario Bros that ended the Video Game Crash).

He's the man that created Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, and various other Nintendo Franchises. He's even got a popular video game character based on his personality (Fox McCloud from the Star Fox series). He was also invovled with the development of the Wii.

So I'm going to have to say that Shigeru Miyamoto is also my favourite.

Michel Ancel, who is best known for creating the original Rayman games, Beyond Good & Evil, as well as Peter Jackon`s King Kong which is fantastic!

My favorite game designers, save Shigeru Miyamoto, who wins by default, are Fumito Ueda and Hideo Kojima.

If we're talking companies, such as Insomniac, then I'm going to have to point to Valve, Bioware, Nintendo, Nintendo, Nintendo, and Blizzard.

Yeah, for companies, Nintendo, Activision, Neversoft and Harmonix.

Big fan of Shiny's early stuff.

Companies? Then Insomniac (mainly for the Spyro games), SEGA (for their brilliant arcade games, mainly), Sonic Team (if not glaringly obvious from the signature), Nintendo, Ensemble Studios (if they were around anymore), Intelligent Systems (Kinda Nintendo, but what the hell), Infinity Ward, Valve...

Those are all I can remember for now.
