How do I use Netbattle Supremacy?
Create your team in 'Team Builder'. From here, you can select your Pokemon and tweak its moves, stats, natures, EVs, etc. You will not be able to 'Start Battling' until you do so. When you sign on, use the 'Advanced Connect' function and connect to the server 'nb.pmnb.net'. It is the main server for Netbattle Supremacy. You can battle with the trainers there and make any changes to your team if needed.
It is also important to note that your Language for non-Unicode programs is set to English. If you do need to edit these settings, they can be found in the Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel.
Rules:
- This tournament will be held in a League format, with the top 8 advancing to the Finals (completed in a bracket format).
- Over the course of the league, each round will be played to the best of three games.
- The tournament will be completed over twelves rounds: nine rounds of League competition and three rounds of finals competition.
- Six matches will be played each round except for rounds five and seven, where only five are conducted. That way, each player will play eight matches and have a bye during league competition.
- The Finals rounds will be played to the best of five games.
- A win is worth three points, a draw one point, and a loss no points.
- You may select any Pokemon you wish, except for those from the Uber tier.
- You may change teams between rounds without penalty.
- You must use your forum username (or some semblance of it) on Netbattle Supremacy.
- Regarding the turn glitch, if it ever occurs, the player with the free move should use a direct attack so as not to abuse the system (e.g. using the turn to raise stats). Players caught abusing will be disqualified for the round.

If you want in, express your interest here! (I'm looking for at least 8 people, preferably 16.)Smogon wrote: Evasion Clause:
Moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team and Minimize) are not allowed.
Freeze Clause:
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be frozen at the same time.
Sleep Clause:
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be asleep at the same time. Self-induce sleep via rest does not activate Sleep Clause.
OHKO Clause:
One-Hit KO moves are not allowed.
Species Clause:
Two or more of the same Pokémon may not be used on the same team.
Self KO Clause:
If both players have only one Pokémon left, moves which KO both the user and the opponent are not allowed (e.g. Explosion, Destiny Bond). If recoil damage would cause a tie, Self KO Clause does not activate, and the player who last attacked is the winner.
