im also looking at the game informer as im typing this, and it looks awesome. it looks like they fixed the whole assassins-cant-swim thing, making room for amphibious assassinations.

I'm guessing that that "spear axe thingy" is a polearm? All in all, the game sounds awesome. Too bad i won't be able to get it.

First game was awesome. I liked the whole leading up to the final boss thing from the "assassination" of the decoy on. I'll be looking forward to this.

There were so many things wrong with the first, they completely ruined the potential it had to be an incredibly awesome game. I'll hold my judgment on 2 until I get it in my hands

Some of the changes they've made look good. I've heard rumours that the pickpocketing missions are gone, and that you get to use Da Vinci's flying machine...
