Final Fantasy Tactics A2

Yeah, I've been addicted to this game like enhanced crack. With 86 hours of gameplay(the only file I play anymore) on one file, and 42 on another(long abandoned), I think it shows.
Currently, I have 4 clan members around level 70-80. An Illusionist/seer(luso), a Spellblade/assassin, an alchemist/sage, and a dragoon. All 4 I consider trump cards.
Luso's like the ultimate mage right now, thanks to Mr__X who told me about the illusionist/seer thing. He's got duel wield, so I use magic frenzy with an illusionist spell. That way, he casts magic on every enemy, then proceeds to physically attack all the enemies twice because of the rods. If al the attacks hit, and they aren't resistant to any of the spells or weapon elements, I deal at the least 300-400 damage to all enemies.
My dragoon has like 716 health, with dragonheart, which casts reraise on him when he takes damage. But he only takes like 1 damage from most attacks, so, yeah... He also deals about 300 damage with an ordinary melee attack. He's like the juggernaut of my clan.
The other 2 aren't as impressive so I won't go into their details, but they're both strong enough that each of them alone with a bunch of weakling clan members is enough to win a battle.
So, anyone else play this game? If so, I want to hear what kinds of strategies you guys have put together.
