So, I was in Vent the other day when GamingWolf linked me to this Atmosphir thing, I looked that it and I was intrigued, basically, it's a game maker, only it's incredibly simple to use. The map maker in it is 100 x 100 x 100, so, 1,000,000 blocks to use, and it looks amazing, it's in closed beta at the moment, but I signed up for it. They're going to add multiplayer, vehicles, Zombies, 8-bit stuff, and more. Now, I realize that my information skill suck, but I'll just show some screenshots and link to their site.

Actually, I seems the only pictures are in the form of videos, and they're on it's site..

Perhaps this is a candidate for the ultimate game. THE game to end all games.

Looks very impressive, my only concern is the same as with all gamemakers - how unique and good a game can you actually make? It's not like it can rival a proper development team :(

I've signed up but I'm still waiting them to send me e-mail so I can download it. It seems to be cool, but it will be more like a game with an editor and without its levels. I'm wondering will the 'games' be *.exe or some Atmosphir's extension? I will use it for fun, but if I want to make a game I'll use Game Maker.

The game has a built-in browser, you just load the maps in that and play. Also, about the game, it's going to have multiplayer sooner or later, and from the videos I've seen, the game looks REALLY good.

Ah yes. I signed up a few months ago and got to try it. It's incredible once you get past the limitation of tiles. Then again, it was just a small taste-demo-thing.

I'l play it again to check it out.

I signed up six days ago, they said they'll be sending me an e-mail and I'll be able to download it, but nothing yet. How long did you guys wait?

It normally takes some time for them to get back to you, expect about 7-8 days max, but the beta is going public soon.

Woo! I was finally accepted into the beta. So far, the game is damned awesome. The editor is a bit on the retarded side, but I'll get used to it someday I guess.

Oh! I just got into the beta, I think this is awesome, maybe we could start our Metanet Team (or any other name), like I saw many other users did on this subforum. Of course, if we start a team it will be only for us. What's your username there? I am EdoI, but I haven't made anything yet.

I used to use GameMaker, no coding and simple. With the advanced Pro version you can make some Professional games!

This though looks more complicated, yet I don't know yet if it can make better games and if it is more arduous than GameMaker from YOYO GAMES

the unity thing keeps crashing on me.

Same for me; it seems to crash a lot. I use Firefox; is anyone using a different browser that seems a little more stable?

i was using chrome and it kept crashing so i tried firefox and its semi worked for a while, but mostly failed got to registration and then it stopped responding.
