So, I found this really interesting space based game, it reminds me of fallout in that when you talk to people, you have to choose your dialogue and whatnot. Along the way, you meet some really...interesting, alien races, including one that is full of anthropomorphic animals. Also, they actually have audio, so they have some personality to them. In fact, there's an alien race that has a scottish accent. At first, the game is pretty slow, but I imagine it gets better (I only started playing it like an hour ago.) Either way, this game, so far, is pretty amazing. Screenshots? Sure, I'd add my own, but tinypic is down, and I dislike every other image hosting site, I'll upload my own later. So, here are some from their site.. don't let the graphics fool you, this is a good game. Oh look, I got Photobucket to work.

See that? That is the first alien I killed... looks freaky.

I used to play the original Star Control. It was pretty rockin'. I still recognize some of the ships in that screenshot, actually... looks like they didn't change 'em all that much.
