This Hill Valley remake of GTA: VC is intriguing.

a) Black Mesa Source
b) Good user made L4D campaigns, which will take awhile

L4D custom maps and mods from the engine.

1.) Left 4 Dead Mods.
2.) Fallout 3 Mods.
3.) Skulltag Mods. (it's a port for Doom, google it)
