LouDog 2:0 Atilla
I had W/G against his B/R/U deck, which is what Blizz dominated me with in practice, so I was a bit worried.
The first game, I got really lucky with some of my late cards. I was pretty sure I was toast, but snuck out of it with some late flying damage.
The second game lasted 33 turns and was a battle of attrition, as my spirit link allowed me to slowly drain him of life and creatures while I climbed in health.
Good games, good match, good luck with the rest of the tourney, Atilla.

Me and George went 2:0 in my favor. Both incredibly close matches.

I'll be PMing the remaining pairs - I don't even remember who all is left to go, I think we have three pairs yet unreported, so ya'll will be getting some PMs to see what we can do to get this round closed.

Yeah, the sooner we get this round closed, the better. Might be a good idea to just set a deadline, if we have to.

GamingWolf has disappeared off the face of the planet. Again.
I've PMd him and had no reply.

Maybe get the people waiting for their partner to respond (i.e. LF) to play each other just to maximise matches played and then move on to the next round.

Topo and I were supposed to play last Friday, but I didn't show. We haven't been able to get a game in since then so If you're just waiting for us I'll take the loss.

Actually, I'm afraid that I have to withdraw from the competition. the next two weeks are just going to be too busy, and it's not fair to whoever I'm going to play. If you think it would be better for me to stay and maybe play rather than just give someone a by, thats fine too, but I expect someone else could take my place or something similar. Again, I'm sorry to drop out, but between finals and college applications, I just don't have the time or energy.
:[
Edit: So I guess that means I forfeit. or whatever you all think is best.

Entries closed a few weeks ago. But seeing as Topo wants out, you could take his place.

Actually, we might do a constructed tournament after this - But I'm keeping things as they are for now. I've been sick the past couple days, so we'll be catching up soon. I think we've got all matches resolved.

Hey all,
Sorry for the delay, but I've been sick as Hell lately, and super busy to boot. I think we've only got one match left unresolved; and I've contacted both parties there to see if we can't get it done soon.

Awesome, can't wait for round 3 to be up. Let's hope round 3 doesn't take as long as 2 has.

I'm gonna be so depressed if this tournament dies. We need to get people to finish round 2.

It won't. This has been fantastic. We're just waiting until the New Year to pick up with Round 3; Pairings for Round 3 and Round 2 Results will be up promptly on January 1st with some new rules stipulations. I'm giving people some extra time here since we were doing Round 2 around the time of Thanksgiving, and then everyone had finals, and now Christmas is coming up, so we're just going to give it a bit of time.

GamingWolf won 2/1. Was close though, if I'd have summoned my other creature rather than wait so i could get the best of its ablity i would have won turn after.

Awwwwwww, bro. ;_;
Good to see some of the games making progress. If we can get the others done while the round is on holiday hiatus, we'll be golden.
