Mmmkay, here's what I'm going to do with the rest of the league rounds:

- Due to GTM and Cheez dropping out, KinGAleX and I have been left without opponents for this round. We will be battling each other to remedy this problem. The remainder of the round will progress as per usual.

- There will only be two more rounds held before we reach the bracket section of this tourney. The top 8 players will proceed to the finals.

- Also, to clarify, you may rearrange your team during your match. But as always, movesets and EVs must remain the same.

I beat KinGAleX 3-0 on both occasions. I was running a much stronger team though.

Fun games, they were.

Anyways, can I get a show of hands to see how many people are still in this competition? I really don't want to keep having to reorganize the schedule to accommodate people dropping out in the middle of the tourney.

Still in.

EDIT: You're all a bunch of dbags who are dropping out for no reason. Those who have legitimate reasons (LoP), fair enough.

The amount who are dropping out (Because they feel like it) is absurd, and they're ruining the tournament for everyone else.

Ok, I'm trying to play this game on my new PC (NetBattle Supremacy) and both Avast! and Avira AntiVir detect the game's uninstall file as a Trojan so I can't play the game :/

This is quite annoying.

EDIT: The trojan part is false, but Netbattle does install a rootkit to your PC so you may want to consider switching to shoddy.

EDIT2: More confirmation on this. "Netbattle uses a harmless rootkit for assigning people SIDs this might be what is causing this to squeal (falsely) foul play"

EDIT3: If you want some help deciding whether or not to switch, here's a table.

NETBATTLE
+ Double Battle functionality; probably the biggest difference from shoddy
+ Complete in-battle logs, and auto-save feature for battle logs
+ Ignore function
+ Team builder lets you find Pokemon and moves by typing the names in
+ A lot less laggy/smoother performance for many users
- Currently plagued by several in-battle glitches and faulty game mechanics, including an inaccurate damage calculator
- Not open source; this makes it much more difficult to edit.
- No Find or Ladder tabs

SHODDY
+ Open source, allowing users to create customized clients and servers MUCH more easily than others
+ Laddering functionality (although I read this was custom-made for the Smogon and CAP servers; is this true?)
+ Very few in-battle glitches or incorrect game mechanics (including Legendary IVs)
+ Updated with Platinum game mechanics and movesets
+ Can be used on any operating system without additional support
- Somewhat laggy at times
- Lack of Double Battles
- No built-in damage calculator

I've found difficulty contacting KinGAleX...plus I can't use NetBattle due to the issues listed above.

Won against KA 2-1. Good games, we changed teams each match to mix it up a little :)

Just giving this a bump to see if anyone has still not completed their battles or not posted their results. As George's set date was the 30th September, which is tomorrow.

Also, netbattle works for me now, MSE FTW.

Sorry to have mislead you, Chase, but 31st September was actually a mistype for 31st of August (you've probably realized already - as such a day doesn't exist).

The decline in interest and another player's withdrawal meant that there wasn't much hope in any further progression of the tourney.
