I was the first to discover most of the cheats for team buddies on the PS1.

I'm awesome at blue-shell dodging. I easily do it with powerslides but can't do it with 'shrooms.

On Smash Bros (in team matches) there is something called wobbling where one person grabs you then presses the attack button until you fall out of the grab then the other person grabs you and does the same thing. And it just goes on back and forth until you get to a kill percentage. Its supposed to be impossible to escape but I started button mashing and bounced really high out of the grab and couldnt get grabbed again.

I guess that counts, if it makes since... :/

I get what you mean, but no.

By the way, it sounds like you're saying ''Have you ever had a game that didn't exist, then found a cheat for it?''

Uhh. Well, I suppose this might refer to the elastic band trick for TTFATF in GH3.

(That's a lot of acronym to absorb if you don't instantly know what I'm talking about.)

What you're talking about is a "hack" or mod for a game, like putting a rubberband over the grean button to pass the hammer-on intro of Through the Fire and Flames in Guitar Hero (lol knew what u meant)

He wants to know if you have proved someone wrong by doing something on a game that people said was impossible.

Actually, that's not a hack or a mod in any way. In fact, that IS indeed a trick. See, hacks change a game's coding, and mods change the game in general, like... changing the game's perspective, or changing the rules of the game.

A hack is messing with a games files to cheat. A mod is changing or adding to the games files to add more to the game or make a different game. Putting a rubber band on a controller is neither of these, it's not even an exploit (which is taking advantage a bug or glitch in a game for your own benefit).

If this is considered a mod, so should the TTFAF rubberband trick

Modifications and hacks both refer to changing general code about the game. The first instance refers to changing the game to expand it, and the second generally refers to gaining an advantage in the game.

Cheating a game is just a manner of gaining an edge in a game, whether it be through traditional codes or by changing something. Playing the torture scene in MGS1 with a turbo controller isn't modifying the game; it's cheating it.

And I found this trick rather before most others did, so there's that.

In Fallout 2, there's a window in San Francisco that can be shot into, but not out of. Your character is invisible to all those inside when you're standing outside, but you can see/aim/fire at all people inside. I used this to bypass a very difficult boss-type showdown.

Alot of those dodgy sites on the web give cheats that dont work...i hate them =/

Orange- N cannot be spoken, or even thought about in my household. If my parents ever found out that I have played N since the cleansing, my life would be ruined. I keep the game in a multi-passworded .rar on a USB flash drive inside a locked boron alloy container that requires two keys to open (I keep one under the 64th hammer in my piano, and the other one in a small section of removable ceiling in the corner of the attic) hidden in a wall compartment lined with aluminium foil to prevent sonar detection behind my 375 kg cupboard, which is bolted to the floor - the only way to reach it is to abseil outside the fourth floor window and use a screwdriver to unfasten the screws holding the secret brick in place on the opposite side of the wall, but the screwdriver must be a specific type like the one I own, since if any other screwdriver comes into contact with the screws, the entire building will explode, as will a seperate charge placed inside the boron alloy container, rendering the USB useless. Even once the container is retrieved, attemping to open it without the arming pin in place (which is kept inside the battery compartment of my Maglite) will cause the water reservoirs lining the container to burst and react with the caesium lining, causing the container to burst into flames - the only way to prevent this is to use the arming pins to shut off the reservoirs with a sliding steel door. The USB itself contains an accelerometer linked to an explosive charge, meaning that if the USB detects its own movement speed as being greater than 5 cm/s, it will explode - any person attempting to steal it would have to move at a uselessly slow speed. Once plugged into a computer, the USB will upload a ghost virus onto it, leaving no traces. Only the right password can deactivate this virus, and if it is left on the computer for more than six hours, it will format all drives.

As you can see, I take my N playing very seriously.

Guiseppi- I'd much rather watch animals get boned in the ass.

Yanni- If it's glad, it's not rape.

Tsukatu- I refuse to use throw-away bags for such a frequent purpose as buying groceries. Instead, I've collected the hair of my two pet dogs and have woven them together into an all-natural, 100% environmentally friendly bag that I bring with me everywhere. And when I buy products that come in glass and plastic containers, I track down the company that packages them and ship back their containers so that they don't take up space in landfills.

Yeah, I use plastic.

Tsukatu- I hear Ebony Online is great, too. Cum save your princess, my lord!

Ska- UR MUM LIKE IS SPICY

Ska- why d i get the feeling what i typed will end up in the quote depository; or worse: someone's sig.

KinGAleX- I did it on the couch a little while ago.

Zeph- I got too pissed at the knife in the end so I just broke the wood on my knee

I don't think so.

I've found numerous bugs and glitches by experimenting when I grow bored with a game.

Closest I've dome to this: I typed 'Aunt May' into the secret code field as soon as I loaded Spiderman on the PS2, just to see, and it unlocked every cheat in the game.

I'm ridiculously good at exploiting physics based games. In BK: Nuts and bolts I had about 90% of the crates before I'd even got my second jiggy.

The only games I could play were when I was born, before my parents took them off me, so I found a few bugs in Sonic 1, where if you go to some place in the second zone where lava chases yo and you go in it, wait for a bit and he'll die, while walking...
